Camp props / dressings for film shoot

Hi Everybody;
I am working on a film production that is shooting in Wellington over the period of 14th to 25th of Feburary. On around the 18th we will be shooting a medieval encampment in upper hutt. I am looking for people who would be willing to hire tents, cooking equipment, furniture, bedding etc, for a couple of days around this time. I understand there is a joisting tournament during the weekend in the middle of our shoot. Maybe people will be coming down for that who would like to get involved in a film shoot? Any assistance greatly recieved.
