I have 100% pure South Island honey available for the purposes of making mead.

Creamed honey varieties include;
White Clover
Southern Rata
Kamahi Flower
Thyme Flower
@ $24 per kilo.

I have Pure Manuka if anyone is interested in that too.
@ $38 per kilo.

I live in Auckland and can ship as far as the Waikato. Shipping cost would be extra.
Tasters are available and you can find me at the Victoria Park Market each weekend, in Auckland city.
