so.... me, justin, and some others have come to the conclusion that we should hold an open armouring comp, that anyone who can or has built armour can enter into.

the exact rules and guild lines we are still desiding on, but so far its simple

it will be held at the next naama

judged by someone not in the comp (but with knowlage of armour)

i think this years item is a pauldren / spaulder (baby pauldren) Medieval
single or pair?

as i am aware it can be any period, region, or whatever takes your fancy

all that is required (so far) is that you:

(1) build it yourself (with a small amount of help if needed)
(2) provide at least 1 photo of what you mainly based the piece off
(you are aloud to "add your own flare" to the piece)
(3) attend naama 2012

we were discussing a small entry fee and winner takes all (moneys)
but i personaly am not sure about this

anythorts on this speak up!

A pauldren/spaulder eh??

Im in even if i cant make it to next naama ill still try and get a working piece

i also think it should be a pair, making one really good is good but making two the same is a bit harder.
