Hi all,

Interested in jnowing how many folk out there would be interested in paying between $100 and $120 for a full day's workshop with a master of the longbow.

Will have some info on content shortly.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn not only from the best longbow exponent in the world today but also from a master blacksmith who will be bringing much of his specialised equipment with him. I can vouch for several others who will also attend.

Hi All.

In order to make this fly, we need a bare minumum of 20 people interested in this workshop. I'd prefer 25. If we don't get them, it won't happen, and time is running out.

So if you do want this to happen, tell your friends and get them to email, pm or facebook me about it.

We are currently around half the minimum, and I can only allow a few more days before I have to make a call.

thanks,

Nic

Would you please post an update on when (either date or date window) this is going to be? It has great bearing as to whether or not I *can* be interested in this workshop.

Is this going to be open to the public as previously discussed? If it is we’ll easily get the numbers required. There are a number of places it can be advertised including NZ Archery Products and Youtube for example. We won’t get confirmation of numbers in the next couple of days but if the money is allocated now it’ll be recouped by the time the gig kicks off.

BTW McMatrix from Warbows Australia is also coming.

Hi All,

A tough decision has been made.

Despite the interest at this time, there simply are not sufficient paying numbers to make this a reality, and as the money is needed elsewhere, I have been forced to make the call not to bring Mark over for the 2011 Taupo Tournament.

I am sorry, because I have been looking forward to it very much, as I know that all you who have taken an interest in this have been.

At this time, we are still running the workshop event at Taupo, and I will be posting some information very shortly now that his matter has been called.

I will be contacting ewveryone concerned today,

My sincere apoligies.

Nic
