stockhouse in otahuhu for linen $4 up
the shop next door also

good wool - depending on whether there is any left - 20$ a metre at smart dress fabrics in mt albert

other wool and linen - arthur toye would you believe sometimes have it for real cheap

kiwi disposals on k road for cheap wool blankets

designer textiles in otara for possible cheap linen and who knows....

then global fabrics even tho they are mostly expensive - depending when it is they might surprise you.

all the above subject to availability so buy it when you see it.....

To the person looking for wool or linen material, good wool and linen material can be hard to find and is fairly expensive however i remember seeing some at Spotlight. As far as i know there is one in Glenfield. Katlin

We have an awesome recycle shop here in in town [Dunedin] that commonly has good wool blankets and the odd linin sheet, though mostly cotton ones.. you can get a whole large washing basket full of blankets and whatever for $2.00! I just recintly picked up 3 good leather belts there for 0.50cents for the lot, now thats good! heaps cheaper than the salvation army store. Thing with the recycle store is that items get sold as quick as they're brought in, but then they sell it all cheap as they don't buy in anything....I love it...[he says in the voice of Eric Idol]
