This is the best i've been able to find and its somewhat lacking of what im looking for
http://theringlord.com/cart/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=84&cat=Scales

Does anyone here know a source of bronze scales, measuring around 1cm long 2cm tall with one round end and one flat end, i believe they need to be around 1-1.5mm thick.

Or if anyone has more accurate information on khemetic scales could they correct this, as its a long term goal to create a full Cuirasses (unsure if that would be the correct term in this case)

If your talking egyptian chariot troops from the old - middle kingdom you could just use horn for the scales.

Good thick cow horn might do. Maecenean or Assyrian also.

Paula and Shelly would have a better handle on the Egyptian / Ancient gear mind you. They still train with ASS.

You could always go Hittite then iron would be the go.
