Fight training is on Thurs at the varsity - start between 4-5 depending on when the ones who don't work days get there
Sun training at Kingsland starts just after 1pm and is mostly performance - some ... |

I find with the metal rim shield you get alot of skid from the blows, not as safe and secure ...
